14 day no quibble returns policy

•Your satisfaction is of primary concern to us, for this reason we are happy to refund your payment in full if you are not satisfied with your jewellery, subject to the following conditions

•The product should be returned within 14 days of receipt.At it´s sole discretion, Lara´s boutique may extend this period, having provided confirmation of this in writing.

•Your payment has cleared

•Any refunds will be made via paypal

•All product(s) returned must be in the condition they were received including packaging

•All returns must be securely packaged and sent by "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" at your cost. You should ensure that the package is insured appropriately, in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged during transit. In the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the Royal Mail.

•Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
